Starting the game

Each player starts with 5.000 points. These points will be used to purchase units in PvP mode (be aware that units in PvP mode are totally different from PvE mode in terms of skills, they only share the same artwork). There are 3 tiers for units and high-tier units cost more than low-tier units. Units with more special skills will cost more than units without skills. High-tier units are also more expensive than others. As a result, even tier-3 units are not overpowered at all as their cost will be incredibly high.

To ensure the balance in PvP mode, Empireland will regularly tone up/down creatures’ strength based on the players’ feedback. Unit’s price will be adjusted following the beta test to make sure every unit has its own value.

When starting the game, after purchasing units is done, both players will be able to see how many units the opponent has purchased but they cannot see which units are chosen. Each player now has 2 minutes to arrange their units on the battlefield.
